Alicja Nowak is a young professional with extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as the Head of the European team at The Influencer Marketing Factory. Having previously worked as a Senior and Campaign Manager, Alicja developed a strong foundation in managing and executing marketing campaigns. Prior roles include serving as a Brand Communications and Influencer Marketing Specialist at CLUSE, where Alicja created and executed influencer marketing strategies across multiple markets. Alicja holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu, along with experience as an exchange student at Radboud University Nijmegen.
