Jason D. Hall is the Chief Legal Officer at Infleqtion, where they lead legal, governance, and compliance efforts to support the company’s growth in quantum technology. Previously, they served as Chief Legal Officer at Renesas Electronics, managing legal operations for a team across twenty countries and overseeing significant M&A transactions. Jason also held the position of Chief People and Legal Officer at SunVest Solar, driving national expansion and top-line growth through strategic leadership and complex financings. They began their career at Morrison & Foerster and currently teach international commercial law and negotiation strategy as an adjunct professor at the University of Tokyo. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College and a J.D. from Northwestern.
