Michele Caruso is a Lead Principal Engineer in RFIC Design at Infineon Technologies, where they focus on the design of analog and RF integrated circuits for wireless communication systems and high-resolution radars. Michele has held various engineering roles at Infineon Technologies since 2013, including Principal Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer. They completed a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Padova, where they also earned both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Additionally, Michele has experience as a Research Assistant, designing RF integrated circuits for biomedical imaging and ultra-wideband communications.
