Carolina Palacios Álvarez is currently the Gerente de la PMO en la Global Process Office en Indra, where they are responsible for risk management in projects. They hold both PMP and RMP certifications and have extensive experience in IT project management, having previously worked as a Project Manager IT at Auna and a Service Manager IT at IBM Global Services. Carolina's consulting experience includes a role at Orange from 1998 to 2002. They earned a Master's degree in Information Technologies Management from La Salle University and a Licenciatura from Université Paris VIII.
