Meyen Lim is a Senior People Partner for APAC with over 15 years of experience in the HR field, specializing in organizational development, talent development, and employee relations. Meyen has previously served as an HR Advisor at Infor and as Human Resources Director at Manulife IT Delivery Center Asia Inc. Before these roles, they worked as a Senior HR Officer at Convergys, handling employee discipline and HR processes. Currently, Meyen is continuing to enhance people strategies at adm Indicia while also holding the position of HR Business Partner at NCC Group. Meyen earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the Philippines - Manila.
