Mark McLean is an experienced healthcare operations executive currently serving as the Director of Logistics Planning at Hoefer Welker since March 2025. With a lengthy tenure at Indiana University Health since May 2013 as Director of Operations for the North Central Region, McLean oversees a significant budget exceeding $27 million in expenses and $3.8 million in revenue, managing 30 cost centers and over 170 employees across three acute care hospitals and several medical office buildings.
