They have held significant positions at Morgan Stanley, Nomura Securities, and UBS/Credit Suisse, where they recently served as CFO of U.S. broker-dealers, successfully managing the wind-down of entities and returning $13 billion in capital to UBS ahead of schedule. Currently, Powers operates a consulting practice, providing fractional CFO and interim FINOP services to broker-dealers and fintechs, focusing on regulatory reporting and compliance. They hold an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University.
