Daniel U. has a diverse work experience starting in 2004. Daniel worked as an intern at Santander Brasil in 2004 and then as an intern at Itaú in 2005. In 2006, they joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant and progressed to various roles such as Consultant, Manager, and Director, Staffing & Operations. Daniel took a leave of absence for an externship in 2009 and also volunteered as a Consultant at Young Africa. In 2019, they joined Incognia as a Director Of Operations before being promoted to COO and then CFO & COO.

Daniel U. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronics Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA from 2001 to 2005. Daniel then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Finance at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2021 to 2022.
