Cheryelle Cruickshank is an accomplished nonprofit executive with extensive experience in leadership and advocacy for people with disabilities. Currently serving as the Executive Director of INCLUDEnyc since November 2022, Cheryelle advocates for equity and access to services for youths with disabilities in New York City. Prior roles include Acting Executive Director at the Community Resource Center for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc., where leadership of a $17 million organization occurred, and CEO/Executive Director at Human First, Inc., overseeing operations and managing a $22 million budget. With a background that also includes significant positions at Unique People Services Inc. and Services for the Underserved, Cheryelle has successfully implemented numerous programs and initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with special needs. Cheryelle holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from Capella University, along with other relevant certifications.
