Paul Bae has a rich background in corporate governance and human resources, having held key positions at various organizations. They served as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at STJ, Inc. from 2005 to 2009 and later took on roles such as Vice President Global Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer at St. Jude Medical from 2015 to 2017. After working as Vice President of Human Resources at Aerie Pharmaceuticals from 2017 to 2019, Paul is currently the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Impulse Dynamics. Their past educational endeavors include attending Harvard Business School for an AMP in Business and earning degrees from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and UCLA.
