Imperative Training is one of the UK's leading independent providers of first aid training. 

Established in 2003, we have continued to grow and develop over the past two decades.

We are an award-winning business; something we are incredibly proud of. Over the last decade, some of the awards we have won are The Great Place to Work® Institute Best Workplaces 2014 in Small Business category, an Insight 100 Customer Service Award for Training Services and the Peel Hunt / Sunday Times Non-Executive Director of the Year award.

We train over 22,000 learners each year to become safe prompt and effective first aiders. This is twice as many learners as all ten ambulance trusts put together!
