Javier Marchelli serves as the Treasury Manager at Impala Terminals since January 2022, following experience as Treasury Team Leader and Senior Treasury Analyst at Trafigura from January 2018 to January 2022. Previously, Javier held the position of Logistics Analyst at Finning South America, where responsibilities included coordinating the timely delivery of Caterpillar equipment and managing purchase orders. Javier has also worked as Jefe de Logística at Stiler SA, overseeing planning and logistics for various projects, and as Jefe de Planta at Zendaleather, focusing on production planning and process improvements. Early in the career, Javier gained experience in commercial sales and human resources. Educational qualifications include a Licenciado en Economía from Facultad de Ciencias Económicas – UDELAR and a Programa ejecutivo de Cadenas de Suministro from Universidad de Montevideo, alongside pursuing a Master's in Supply Chain Management & Logistics at OBS Business School.
