Xandra Niehe serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer, currently holding the position of Executive Board Member at Leids Universiteits Fonds since August 2024. Xandra has a diverse professional background, which includes roles such as Chief People & Culture Officer at Ohpen and Head of People & Culture at Clifford Chance Netherlands. Xandra’s experience spans various sectors, including HR consulting at Yess International Consultants and a sabbatical for book writing. Xandra holds a Master of Law from Leiden University and has enhanced qualifications in organizational transformation and coaching. In addition to current advisory roles with WOW | World of Wellbeing and Impala Studios, Xandra has authored a book and participated in numerous education programs, including photography and business governance.
