Rhodia Maas is a seasoned professional in the field of immigration and identity management, currently serving as the Directeur Generaal at the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND) since February 2022. Maas has held multiple leadership roles, including Algemeen directeur at the Rijksdienst voor Identiteitsgegevens (RvIG) and the Dienst Terugkeer en Vertrek (DT&V).
