Mark Vanderpool is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and operations. They served in the United States Army Reserve from 2006 to 2017, achieving the rank of Captain and leading a company during Operation Enduring Freedom. Currently, as EVP & Chief Technology Officer at IMS, Inc. since 2021, Mark is responsible for defining and executing the company's technology strategy while also serving as President & CEO of Directlink, an AI-powered digital banking platform. Prior to these roles, they held various leadership positions at IMS, Inc., including Vice President of Conversational AI and Director of Business Development, driving significant growth and innovation in enterprise solutions. Mark holds an Associates degree from Cayuga Community College and a Diploma in Economics from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School.
