Jukka Havia is the Chief Financial Officer at iLOQ, specializing in the smart-locking business since 2025. They previously served as CFO at Kamux Corporation and Evac Group, and were CFO and Deputy CEO of Ramirent Group prior to that. Jukka also held the role of Group CFO at Tikkurila Oyj, where they briefly acted as Interim President and CEO. Their corporate governance experience includes board positions with various organizations, and they have a strong background in finance, strategic transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. Jukka graduated with a Master's degree in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics in 1992.
