Scott Bailey, MBA, is a Senior Staff Process Development Engineer at Illumina, leading a multi-disciplinary team in the development of next-generation products. With experience dating back to 2008, Scott has contributed significantly to multiple successful product lines and has pioneered processes that enhanced human genome sample preparation. Before joining Illumina, Scott worked as a Process Engineer at White Oak Semiconductor, where they co-authored a patent and achieved notable advancements in semiconductor processing. Scott holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida.
