The Program Management team at ILGA-Europe is responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation of projects aimed at advancing LGBTQ+ rights across Europe and Central Asia. This team coordinates activities, manages resources, and monitors progress to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, while collaborating with partner organizations to drive impactful initiatives and foster a supportive network within the region.
