Sandra Schouten is the CFO of IKEA Netherlands at IKEA Group, a position they have held since 2019. They began their career in finance as an Assistant Controller at Norit Process Technology from 1999 to 2002. Sandra has held various roles within IKEA, including Deputy Store Manager at IKEA Amsterdam and Store Manager at multiple locations, as well as Customer Service Manager and Market Manager in Norway. They earned a degree in Bedrijfseconomie from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completing their studies in 1994.
