Barbara Potrawski, MS, RDN, LDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Benedictine University. They completed their undergraduate studies in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2017. Currently, Barbara serves as a Menu and Nutrition Specialist at IIT/SourceTech and previously worked as a Registered Dietitian and Lead Dietary Technician at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center. Their past experiences also include mentoring undergraduate students and working in food service, where they developed a passion for nutrition education and wellness.
