Cynthia Hirota is currently the Internal Audit and Risk Sr. Manager for the Latam region at IHS Towers, where they manage and coordinate internal audit and risk projects. With significant experience in leading teams to implement internal controls, Cynthia has previously held positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as an Internal Controls Manager and at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Risk Advisory Services. They hold an MBA from IBMEC, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration focused on International Business from Mackenzie University. Cynthia is fluent in English and has intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
