Keiti Koolmeister is a seasoned professional in risk management and customer support, currently serving as a Fraud and Risk Manager at Ignition since November 2019. In this role, Keiti delivers innovative risk metrics and tools, evaluates customers to mitigate financial risk, and collaborates with wider teams on risk-related concerns. Previously, Keiti held roles at Wise as a Customer Support Associate, and at ME Bank as a Loan Origination Officer. Prior experience includes serving as a Litigation Support Specialist at the Prosecutors Office North Tallinn and an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia. Keiti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tartu, awarded in 2013.
