Stephanie Heib has over 20 years of experience in sales processes and personnel development, currently serving as Vice President of SAP Sales Processes & Global Rollout at ifm since January 2012. Previously, Stephanie held various roles within ifm including General Manager of Digital Product Sales Processes and Regional Sales Management, as well as Division Manager of Multimedia Product Marketing. Prior to joining ifm, Stephanie worked in personnel roles at T-Mobile and T-Systems International GmbH. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Duisburg-Essen, earning a Diplom in Social Sciences in 2000.
