Altea Fernandes has extensive experience in account management and customer success within the hospitality technology sector, currently serving as a Key Account Manager at IDS NEXT Business Solutions Pvt Ltd since March 2022. Prior to this role, Altea held various positions at the same company, including Senior Executive Projects and Regional Manager - Customer Success, as well as Project Lead in the Professional Services Group, from January 2011 to October 2020. Altea completed education at Our Lady Of Health High School in Cuncolim-Goa.
