Peter Sanders is a co-founder and Managing Director at Identifi Global Resources, where they oversee a recruitment business specializing in Career Management and Talent Acquisition for sectors such as LegalTech, FinTech, and BioTech. Previously, Peter worked as a Managing Consultant and Business Manager at Advanced Resource Managers and served as a Recruitment Consultant and Manager at Triad Resourcing. They also held a Senior Recruitment Consultant position at Hudson and managed operations and sales at MFI Retail Group. In addition to their professional roles, Peter contributes as a STEM Ambassador for the East Midlands Hub and is a Founding Partner and Director at CERIS, an association focused on creating quality benchmarks in Cyber Security recruitment. Peter studied Business Studies, Human Biology, and Sports Studies at Northampton College.
