Lorraine Goldsmith is an experienced professional in customer success and leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Renewals at Ideagen since February 2024, where over 11,400 customers rely on the company's compliance solutions. Prior to this role, Lorraine was Director of Customer Success at Nourish Care, responsible for building a successful customer success team, and served as Senior Customer Success Director at HiBob, where revenue and NPS targets were exceeded. Lorraine's earlier roles include Head of Customer Success and Solution Design Consultant at The Access Group, Product Consultant at Cascade HR Ltd, and Accounts and Payroll Manager at UKL Group.
