Eesvaran Thiagarajan has a robust background in information technology, beginning as an Information Technology Intern at Huacomm Telecommunication Engineering in 2014, where responsibilities included troubleshooting wired and wireless issues for hotel guests and monitoring network equipment. Eesvaran then advanced to roles with increasing responsibility, including IT NOC at Scicom (MSC) Bhd, where monitoring and troubleshooting ICT infrastructure was a key focus, followed by a position as an Information Technology Technical Support at Openet, which involved maintaining computer networks and related environments. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Ideagen Plc since December 2021, Eesvaran continues to provide technical support and manage ICT infrastructure. Eesvaran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, achieved with second upper class honors.
