Alexcia R. Daniels is an experienced educator currently serving as the Assistant Principal of Operations at IDEA Public Schools. With a 15-year background in student and family engagement, DEI training, and cultural competency, Alexcia has developed skills in behavior management, data collection, and program development. Previously, Alexcia held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Hyde Leadership Charter School and Dean of Student & Family Affairs at Harlem Village Academies. Alexcia is a graduate of the City University of New York, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Urban Studies.
