Connor M. is a Senior Claims Manager at ICW Group, where they currently manage the Lisle, IL office and oversee claims in several Midwestern states, as well as the Wayne, PA office handling claims in the Northeast. Previously, Connor held various positions at Sedgwick, including Senior Claims Examiner and Claims Team Lead. Earlier in their career, they interned in Central Financial Planning and Analysis at Lockheed Martin. Connor earned a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Penn State University.
