Chiara Debenedetti, PhD, is the Global Head of Data and Analytics at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they lead the institutional data and AI strategy to support the organization's mandate. Previously, they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at CERN, leading data analytics projects for the ATLAS experiment and managing international teams. Chiara's experience includes roles at IMPACT Initiatives and the International Telecommunication Union, where they focused on data quality and analytic standards. They hold a PhD in Particle Physics from the University of Edinburgh and have contributed to scientific outreach and mentorship throughout their career.
