Emma Kirkpatrick is a Senior Privacy Counsel and Assistant Global Data Protection Officer at ICON plc, where they have held various roles since 2024. Previously, they served as a Trainee Solicitor and later as a Privacy, Commercial & Technology Solicitor at A&L Goodbody from 2017 to 2020, focusing on areas such as intellectual property and data security. Emma also acquired foundational legal experience as a Paralegal in European Union and Competition Law. They completed their Professional Practice Course at the Law Society of Ireland from 2017 to 2019.
