Adithya K is currently a Chief Manager at ICICI Lombard, where they reimagined underwriting efficiency by applying Generative AI and advanced analytics during their management internship. They are an MBA candidate at IIM Ranchi, specializing in Finance and Strategy, and have received a Vice-Chancellor Gold Medal for their academic excellence. Adithya's background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Gautam Buddha University and experience as a Junior Executive Member of the Academic Committee at IIM Ranchi. Known for their strong analytical skills, they have consistently excelled in national-level strategy case competitions and are passionate about leveraging technology to create long-term value in business.
