Scott Jenkins is currently the Director of Procurement Transformation at ICF, a position held since 2021. Over the course of their career, they have contributed significantly to procurement management, including a role as Senior Manager of Procurement at ICF from 2009 to 2021, where they led modernization efforts and managed complex purchasing functions. Prior to that, they served as Technical Purchasing Manager at Macro International from 1997 to 2009, enhancing efficiency and implementing best practices in procurement. Jenkins began their career as a Senior Buyer at SAIC from 1992 to 1997, handling corporate purchasing activities and contractor agreements. They earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in English Writing from Towson University in 1990.
