Michaela Kubinova

Customer Success Manager

Michaela Kubinova has had a varied career since 2014. Michaela began as a Receptionist for Hand Picked Hotels in 2014 and then worked as a Service Assistant for Glendale. In 2015 they joined Rapiscan Systems as an EMEA Key Service Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing and building relationships with key customers and maximising EMEA service revenue. Michaela also worked as a Service Contracts Assistant, managing day-to-day contract enquiries from EMEA Service customers. In 2021, Michaela joined IceWarp as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing relationships with company's key customers, identifying opportunities for customers within the IceWarp portfolio, and driving retention and upsell growth.

Michaela Kubinova completed a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration from BTEC. Michaela also attended the High School of Civil Aviation from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Business and Operation.
