Andrew Spinelli currently serves as the EVP of Finance & Corporate Development at ICAT Logistics, a position held since 2025. Previously, Andrew worked at PwC, where they held various roles including Director in the Deals division and Senior Associate in Private Company Services, focusing on industries such as medical device manufacturing and aerospace. Andrew earned both a Master's of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Penn State University, completing their studies in 2014.
