Amanda Duling, MS, LSSMBB, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare product management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Product Owner for Highmark Health since November 2022, Amanda has effectively defined product vision and managed digital solution roadmaps for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial member portals. Previous roles include Enterprise Product Manager and Program Manager in various capacities at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, where Amanda oversaw vendor integration and managed clinical programs to enhance healthcare quality and reduce costs. With a solid foundation in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Amanda has led numerous process improvement initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations, including HCA Healthcare and Saint Luke's Health System, achieving significant operational efficiencies and quality enhancements. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and has numerous certifications in Lean Thinking and process improvement methodologies.
