Wilbert John Uy

IT Support Help Desk Manager

Wilbert John Uy has extensive experience in IT service management and delivery, beginning as a Service Desk Analyst at Atos from February 2007 to April 2012. After this role, Wilbert progressed to a Process Analyst at Atos from April 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included creating and revising Service Desk processes. Between November 2018 and October 2019, Wilbert held multiple managerial roles at IBM, including Operations Manager and IT Support Help Desk Manager, focusing on team performance and career development.
