Tiziana De Gasperis is currently a 1st level Global Administration Manager at IBM, a role held since November 2016, where they manage a team supporting approximately 70 clients in Italy and the UK. Tiziana previously contributed to the international Human Resources Management System team as an OCM Facilitator and Simplification support Lead from June 2013 for about three years. They began their career at IBM in 2003 as an Administration Assistant and have also worked as a Gym Teacher and Communication & Marketing Representative prior to that. Tiziana holds two degrees, one in Foreign Languages and Literature and another in Exercise and Sport Science, both of which reflect their diverse skill set and commitment to personal development.
