Susheel Kumar M has extensive experience in finance and accounting operations, holding significant leadership roles at Genpact and IBM. At Genpact, Susheel served as Assistant Vice President and later as Vice President, overseeing F&A processes for multiple clients in the healthcare, BFSI, and retail finance sectors. In the current role at IBM as Client Partner and Global Delivery & Centre Leader, Susheel manages a diverse portfolio within the Finance & Accounting domain, leading a team of 1,600 professionals and ensuring delivery across various geographies. Earlier experience includes a position in the Investment Department at K&CO. Susheel holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi.
