Shannon Ransom has extensive experience in resource deployment and project management, having held various positions at IBM from October 2002 to May 2012, including Resource Deployment Manager, Senior Project Staffing Professional, and Contract Commercial Manager/Project Management Office Lead. Prior to this, Shannon worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center from September 1997 to March 2001, serving as Executive Assistant, Resource Deployment Manager, and Financial Engagement Specialist. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies & Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, earned between 1992 and 1996.
