Samantha Jones is a Process Excellence & Transformation Professional at IBM and a fourth-year student at Meredith College, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. They have served as a Program Coordinator at Red Hat since 2024, and previously contributed as an Assistant Cheerleading Coach at Cary Academy from 2021 to 2023, where they focused on skill development and athlete communication.
