Rachel Reinitz is an IBM Fellow and the VP & CTO of Americas Client Engineering, currently focused on building a new technical sales capability at IBM. They founded the IBM Garage, expanding it from a single location in San Francisco to a methodology utilized across the company, leading thousands of successful client projects. Previously, Rachel held various roles within IBM, including Distinguished Engineer and CTO of the IBM Garage, where they developed innovative agile consulting practices and led the evolution of the IBM Garage Method for Cloud. Rachel's early career included a position as a Senior Developer at Chemdex. They are currently pursuing their education at Carnegie Mellon University while living in the San Francisco Bay Area.
