Lisa Ramey is a retired consultant who previously worked as a Senior Managing Consultant and Business Process Analyst for IBM. With over two decades of experience in software and app design, they specialized in user-centered design and digital interactive solutions, having led significant projects for various industries, including Health and Human Services. Ramey's early career included roles as a team lead and editor at Lotus Software and IBM, as well as an English language instructor at Sado International School. They earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Auburn University and completed a User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly.
