Karen Calo served as Vice President of HR STG and Regional HR Support at IBM, where they held a variety of leadership roles from 1980 to 2015, including Vice President HR IBM Systems and Vice President Global Staffing. With extensive experience in human resources across multiple sectors, they were responsible for end-to-end HR management for IBM's infrastructure business and global functions. Karen earned a Master of Business Administration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Management Information Systems from Pace University and holds a B.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the College of New Rochelle.
