Hamed Hawamdeh is a seasoned professional with experience spanning over a decade in business analysis, technical support, and service delivery management. Hamed served as a Business and Network Analyst at the Ministry of Local Government from February 2007 to January 2009, where responsibilities included Oracle program data entry and network administration. Subsequently, Hamed worked at IBM from January 2015 to January 2016 in various roles, including Technical Support Architect, TSS Operations, and Service Delivery Manager, managing transitions to new systems, preparing management reports, and ensuring contract management. Hamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems/IT from Birzeit University and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence at Canadian University Dubai, expected to complete in 2028.
