Currently, Guilherme serves as the Leader of Customer Success Managers at IBM, where they guide a team focused on helping customers maximize their use of the company's diverse technology portfolio. Previously, Guilherme held various roles, including Security Architect and Solutions Manager, where they led numerous projects across national and multinational companies. Guilherme's expertise encompasses pre-sales and post-sales activities, customer engagement, and the implementation of best-of-breed security technologies.
