Collin Vaughn is currently the Design Practice Lead at IBM, where they leverage creativity and a worldly perspective to solve problems and drive innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Collin held various positions at IBM, including Visual + UX Design Practice Lead and Product Designer, where they contributed to projects across multiple domains. They gained foundational experience as a Pipefitter Apprentice at Bechtel Corporation and completed an internship focused on human-computer interaction at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Collin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Design from Texas State University-San Marcos.
