Bart Windal is currently the CEO and Country General Manager for IBM Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as a Vice President at the company. Windal has served as a Board Member for both the Belgian Association of Marketing and the American Chamber of Commerce since 2017 and 2022, respectively. Previously, Windal held various leadership roles at IBM, including Vice President of Enterprise Unit and Director of Systems & Technology Group for the BeNeLux region. Windal completed Executive Education at INSEAD in 1998.
