Mikaela Goodwin is currently the Group Financial Accounting Manager at IAG Loyalty, leveraging extensive experience in assurance and advisory roles. They previously held positions at Deloitte, progressing from Junior Associate to Experienced Associate, and contributed as a Finance Analyst at British Airways. Mikaela began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law from The University of Auckland, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. In 2019, they participated as a Summer Research Scholar at The University of Auckland, focusing on the quality of key audit matters in auditor reports.
