Stephanie Butt Thibodeau, CFA, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Talent and Culture Officer at iA Financial Group. With a strong leadership focus, they aim to create a positive work environment that fosters employee growth and productivity. Previously, Stephanie held various roles at Export Development Canada, including VP HR Client Services and Senior Vice President of People and Culture, where they oversaw HR operations and international business development. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and completed the Advanced Management Program at Columbia University.
